Interesting question, I think that we should definitely have the right to know who we're being interviewed by - especially as this may influence the way we'll answer. Now, I can see a justification for being interviewed by an AI in situations where there is a right/wrong answer, which may be the majority of situations. For example, you want to be able to give the right answer if you're being interviewed about becoming and Emergencies nurse or a firefighter. However, if you'll become a football team manager or an arts teacher at a school, two situations where creativity is needed and there may not be easy 'right' answers, it may be better to be interviewed by an expert human interviewee (as there may be interviewees who may ask the same questions that an AI would ask, and you want to avoid these). Either way, I totally agree with you that one definitely needs to know by law and give their consent about what form of intelligence their interviewer will have.
